Under
Sec. 5(1) and U/s 5(2) of the RTI Act,2005,
it has been decided by ESI Corporation
that the Addl. Commissioner and Regional
Director has designated as appellate
authority in Regional office , Kolkata
and in case of Sub-Regional Office,
Barrackpore, it is Jt. Director in-Charge.
- Further , the Dy. Director / Asstt.
Director (Admin-I ) , R.O, Kolkata and
all the Br. Office Managers have been
designated as Central Public Information
Officer (CPIO) in respect of their respective
offices.
Sri D.Pramanick, Asstt. Director, Admin-I
will act as Central Assistant Public
Information Officer (CAPIO).
